Cages/THE TapouT TRAINING CAGE

The Training Cage is the perfect solution to any gym that wants to provide the functionality of a Professional Cage to its members/students at a reasonable price. The Training Cage is designed to either mount directly over your existing mats or stand alone by itself. The Training Cage stands 5’ 10” tall and is available in either an Octagon or Hexagon shape. Your Training Cage comes complete with the following:

1. Training Cage Framing
• The Training Cage panels are all constructed of 2” round tubing that are designed to lock together utilizing laser cut steel U-Brack
• The steel framing pieces are then sand blasted and powder coated with a Black Semi-Gloss color. This providing superior scratch and corrosion resistance.


2. Training Cage Entry Gate
• One of the strongest features of the Training Cage is the entry gate. It has been engineered to offer maximum strength against collision and yet still has smooth operation for easy access into the cage.
• The gate hinge system utilizes Zinc-Plated Stainless Steel Clevis Pins to attach the gate to the cage framing, and are cushioned with Bronze Thrust Bearings composed of Oilite (a porous material, impregnated with 18% SAE 30 oil, making for a virtually maintenance free bearing and adds resistance to shock load).
• Your Gate Pin is composed of hardened steel to give you the security of knowing that your cage door will stay closed when impacted by athletes.


3. Vinyl-Coated Chain-link
• Your chain link is comprised of the thickest commercial grade wire available. The vinyl coating is then bonded onto the chain-link to ensure if cut, does not peel off.

4. Frame Padding and Vinyl Wraps
• The Training Cage framing is padded with a ¾” closed-cell polymer foam and then covered with a 10 oz. Black Vinyl that is secured with 2” wide Velcro straps.

• The top horizontal bar is a great spot to create branding and/or sponsorship advertising for your gym.
