How to Obtain a TapouT Training Center License
1) Interested in having your own TapouT Training Center License? Getting started is easy. Simply fill out the Confidential Personal and Financial Applications and send them by certified mail to:

A member of our management team will contact you to answer any questions and conduct a short, informal telephone interview.
2) Upon receipt of your Confidential Applications, you will receive a phone call and email within ten (10) business days notifying you of acceptance of your application.
3) Upon approval of your Confidential Applications, and if you meet our financial and business background requirements, you'll be invited to join us at the TapouT Research & Development Training Center in Las Vegas, Nevada for a formal interview. At this interview you will meet senior management and other key members of our team and attend an in-depth presentation on the ins and outs of owning a TapouT Training Center license. A current licensee, as well as members of our staff, will be available to answer your questions. Please bring with you, should you have them complete, the following items:

a. Business Plan (if available)
b. Location Lease or Site Listing (if available)
c. Building Plans (hard and digital copy if available)
d. Concept Plans (if any have been done)

Please Note – the above listed items are not mandatory but we recommend if you have them, bring them with you as they will contribute to the approval of your licensee interview.
4. Should you be found to be a good match for a TapouT Training Center during your interview process, you will be presented with the license agreement to review and sign.

What's next? As a new TapouT Training Center Licensee, you will receive training, assistance with site selection and build-out, marketing plans and materials, and much more.
