Cages/THE TapouT CAGE BARRIER

The TapouT Cage Barrier brings the functionality of a full Professional or Training Cage into your gym at an economical price. The addition of a Cage Barrier not only gives your students and/or aspiring fighters the opportunity to train and learn the techniques necessary to fight up against the cage, but can serve as a partition between your grappling and striking areas providing you the assurance that your classes won’t overflow into each other. It also serves as a great way to protect your mirrors and windows from the rigorous training of Mixed Martial Arts. The Cage Barrier stands 5’ 10” tall and comes in 10’ sections. For a small additional fee, your Cage Barrier Sections can be built to imitate the angles of an octagon, hexagon or even 90-degree turns. Your cage barrier comes complete with the following:

1. Cage Barrier Framing
|• The vertical posts that anchor the TapouT Cage Barrier to the floor are constructed of heavy gauge 3” x 3” steel with 8” x 8” base plates.
• The Cage Barrier panels are all constructed of 2” round tubing that locks into the vertical posts utilizing laser cut steel U-Brackets.
• The steel framing pieces are then sand blasted and powder coated with a Black Semi-Gloss color, providing superior scratch and corrosion resistance.


2. Vinyl-Coated Chain-link
• Custom color chain-link is available upon request. Please contact TapouT for additional pricing and color choices. (please note, custom color choices may increase the production timeline of your Cage Barrier)
• The chain-link is comprised of the thickest commercial grade wire available. The vinyl coating is then bonded onto the chain-link to ensure if cut, does not peel off.

3. Frame Padding and Vinyl Wraps
• The top horizontal bar is a great spot for branding and/or sponsorship advertising.
• Custom color Vinyl Wraps are available upon request. Please contact TapouT for additional pricing and color choices. (please note, custom color choices may increase the production timeline of your Cage Barrier)
• The Cage Barrier framing is padded with a ¾” closed-cell polymer foam and then covered with a 10 oz. Black Vinyl that is secured with 2” wide Velcro straps

4. Vertical Post Pads
• The vertical posts of the Cage Barrier are covered with a 14” wide, five-strap pad (Approved by the California, Nevada, Florida, Texas and New Jersey State Athletic Commissions) and serve to protect the athletes while training up against the Cage Barrier.
• The Vertical Posts Pads provide the most visible surface for branding and/or sponsorship advertising for your gym.
